Terms & conditions
These terms govern your use of Rankwise. Please read the sections on automation and on what we cannot promise — they matter.

The service
Rankwise provides automated website auditing, optimisation recommendations, optional automated changes, visibility monitoring and reporting. Features depend on the plan you purchase and the integrations you connect.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any website you add. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the actions taken by users you invite.
Website ownership and authority
You must verify ownership of each site you connect. You grant us permission to crawl the site, and — where you enable an automation mode that publishes changes — to modify the content you have authorised. You may revoke this at any time by changing your automation mode.
Automation and liability
Automated changes are applied on your instruction and within the categories you approve. We verify each change and keep a history, but you remain responsible for reviewing changes to a live commercial website. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI assistants are independent third parties. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, citations in AI answers or revenue outcomes. Any figures we display are measurements of the past, not forecasts.
Third-party services
Connecting Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools or a CMS is subject to that provider's terms. If a provider changes or withdraws an API, the affected feature may stop working; we will tell you in the product rather than showing stale numbers.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trials convert to paid plans only if a payment method is added and you choose to continue.
Acceptable use
You may not use Rankwise to attack, overload or scrape websites you do not control, to publish unlawful content, or to misrepresent a business you do not represent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
